 Tire Recycling Tire Recycling
Each year, LA County DPW holds free Tire Recycling Events in order to help the community recycle used passenger tires and subsequently help beautify residential areas.  The Tire Amnesty events will be held every other month from February through October each year.  While event locations change, all are held in Los Angeles County with a 2 large events held in Antelope Valley.  On average, the events collect 2,000-4,000 used tires during the regular events and more than 18,000 tires during the larger Antelope Valley events. LA County Residents may bring any excess or old tires to the event from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m., on the day of the event, to recycle their tires for free of charge.

Attend Glendale's February 21st event at the City of Glendale Recycling Center, located at 540 West Chevy Chase Dr., Glendale, CA 91204.  For more information, click here.
